Foi anunciada a lista com os indicados da terceira edição do Critics’ Choice TV Awards, o prêmio dado pelos críticos dos EUA. American Horror Story: Asylum e The Big Bang Theory lideram a disputa com seis indicações cada. Logo atrás estão Parks and Recreation e Top of the Lake com cinco, seguidos por Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, The Good Wife, Louie, New Girl, Political Animals e The Americans com quatro nomeações.

O que realmente impressiona na lista é ver os eternos favoritos e queridos tanto da crítica quanto das premiações fora das principais disputas. No drama, Mad Men foi completamente esquecido, com destaque nas categorias de melhor série (drama) e ator, especialmente em uma temporada em que Jon Hamm está no seu auge. É de se espantar também a ausência das premiadas 30 Rock e Modern Family na categoria de melhor série (comédia).

A entrega dos prêmios do Critics’ Choice TV Awards acontece no dia 10 de junho, no Beverly Hilton Hotel, com apresentação de Retta, da série Parks and Recreation.
